720-1,300 calories P 45-102. C 24-48. F 7-20
8-16 oz of chicken breast cooked.
Add seasonings of choice, may bake or prepare with oil of choice but will need to add calories based off usage of oils.
1 cup of jasmine rice Cooked.
Prepare in rice cooker, or in pan with 2-4 cups of water and bring to boil add salt and prepare for serving when cooked.
2 cups of choice of veggies.
May steam or prepare on stove by bring water to boil in pan.

Beef and Rice Casserole.
680-1850 Calores (Depending on leanness of ground beef)

8-16 oz ground beef.
May choose level of leanness depending on goals.
Cook on pan over high heat and be sure to drain off excess fat from cooking process.
2 cups of jasmine rice Cooked
Prepare in rice cooker, or in pan with 2-4 cups of water and bring to boil add salt and prepare for serving when cooked.
Prepare in bowel and add 1 cup of choice of cheese and serving of guac or sour cream
(Or both, may also add veggies of choice)
